BC Cottage at Garrison Suites, Motel Rooms and Cottages in Wells Maine and Wells Beach Maine

The BC cottage is our largest. It is approximately twice the size of a Deluxe cottage. Bedrooms are upstairs. There is a large living room and a large, modern kitchen with a dishwasher. The BC cottage sits atop the grassy knoll with a commanding view of the Rachel Carson Refuge and the Atlantic beyond. It is the closest cottage to the pool, but not too close. Occupancy of the BC cottage is normally limited to 4 people but we do, occasionally, make exceptions to 5 when prior arrangements are made. This cottage has a private grill and picnic table as well. There is only one BC cottage and it is usually reserved well in advance.
